Arcare at Home is an approved service provider with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, and we know what it takes to deliver quality care. All of our staff are carefully selected and receive on-going training. Our flexible response means you can be confident of receiving the right care at the right time, tailored to suit your needs. Currently available in metropolitan Melbourne and South East Queensland, one of our managers will be happy to make a time to meet with you to discuss your care needs.
We can assist in these areas:
Community aged care packages (CACP)
CACPs offer an integrated package of services for frail aged people. A CACP is an individually tailored package of care services which helps people with lots of different care needs to stay living at home by co-ordinating the different services they need.
Extended aged care at home packages – general (EACH) and dementia specific (EACHD)
These packages provide for the complex high level care needs of older people. Services provided may include support such as registered nursing care and care by a physiotherapist.
Personal care
Showering, dressing and personal grooming.
Respite
When you need a break, we offer in home respite for you or your family.
Transport
We can drive you to and from appointments including doctor, podiatrist and hairdresser.
Home help
Support to keep the household running smoothly including cleaning, washing, ironing, shopping for groceries and much more.
Our home cooked meals are made in the kitchen so you can dine in the comfort of you own home.
Social support
Spending time with other people is important. We are very happy to have a chat and a 'cuppa', take you to the movies, the theatre or out for a drive.
Overnight & 24 hour care
Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We can provide live-in carers to provide support around the clock where necessary.
