With 15 facilities and staff of over 1,900, Arcare is in the top 10 of Australia’s residential aged care providers.

Arcare prides itself on providing “great places to live and work”: great places for residents to live and great places for our staff to work. We work hard to maintain this culture and our experience has been that our staff never want to leave.

 We actively seek to develop our staff and to promote from within. As a result we now have Facility Managers who originally joined Arcare as Personal Care Workers. At Arcare, everybody is encouraged to become what they aspire to be.

There are three groups of people that are important to Arcare: families, carers and residents. We connect these three groups together and this three-fold emphasis is symbolised in our logo which represents outstretched arms inter-connecting the three.

Originally providing residential care in nursing homes and hostels, Arcare has recently increased the variety of care it is able to provide by offering community care.
